Medon Company is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive business growth by strengthening its pharmacy presence within the catchment area. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, executing local marketing initiatives, and increasing customer footfall, prescriptions, and brand awareness.

You will be responsible for visits to clinics, retail partners, and residential communities to promote services, manage campaigns, and ensure materials are used effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, BA, or related field.
• Experience in marketing/business development or healthcare/pharmacy marketing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and present.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to grow footfall and prescriptions.
• Visit clinics, retail partners, and residential areas to promote pharmacy services.
• Establish partnerships with nearby businesses to generate referrals.
• Plan campaigns: health check-ups, gym events, marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and report to Store Manager.
