Job summary

American Hospital Dubai invites an experienced pharmacy executive to oversee all aspects of our hospital pharmacy operations. You will ensure safe and effective use of medications, supervise staff, manage budget and resources, and implement policies in line with JCIA standards.

Responsibilities include quality management, procurement planning, drug-use criteria development, and collaboration with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Licensure as required by country of origin.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of hospital pharmacy operations in compliance with laws and pharmaceutical care standards.
• Develops quality management studies and monitors performance.
• Oversees JCIA Standards implementation of Pharmacy.
• Provides staff resources for Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
• Develops and implements plans to achieve department goals with other staff.
