Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GDP/GSDP).
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the QMS.
• Lead investigations of quality events and manage CAPA and change controls.
• Coordinate internal audits and support external audits and inspections.
• Act as a main liaison during regulatory inspections and maintain inspection readiness.
• Maintain quality documentation including SOPs, records, and policies.
• Oversee supplier qualification, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Review and approve release of pharmaceutical products per SOPs and regulations.
• Provide quality oversight of logistics and warehouse activities.
• Lead training programs related to quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to health authority regulations.
