Job summary

Medoz Medical Store LLC is looking for a Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical portfolio in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The role requires building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals, while delivering compelling product presentations and detailing.

You will meet monthly targets, maintain stock awareness, and gather market intelligence. Fluency in English and Arabic, and a UAE driving license are preferred for field-based work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE (pharma, supplements, or cosmeceuticals preferred).
• Existing network of doctors and pharmacies in Dubai, Sharjah, and Northern Emirates is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license (own car preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s product portfolio to doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals in the assigned territory.
• Meet monthly visit, sales, and coverage targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
• Deliver product presentations and detailing, and organize CMEs, clinic activities, and pharmacy promotions.
• Secure product listings and monitor stock availability at pharmacies and distributors.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Prepare daily call reports, weekly plans, and monthly sales reports.
• Follow all applicable regulatory guidelines and company compliance policies.
