Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates invites applications for a Daily Operations Supervisor role overseeing apiaries, honey processing, packaging, and warehouse operations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
GMP/GAP training is preferred.
Knowledge of honey processing or food manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations across apiaries, honey processing, packaging, and warehouse.
Allocate manpower and resources to meet production schedules.
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
Ensure communication between field operations and processing facility.
Lead beekeeping and machinery operators; conduct daily toolbox meetings.
Manage equipment, facilities, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate inventory with Storekeeper and ensure proper storage.
Enforce GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, UAE Organic, EU Organic, and EKTIFA standards.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports; monitor KPIs.
