Job summary

Landmark Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Fashion Advisor to maximize sales by matching customer preferences with the four brands in the group. You will recommend brands and styles, provide personal shopping experiences, and focus on new collections and best sellers.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in fashion retail, a relevant fashion technology diploma or degree, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in fashion retail.
Graduate or High School with relevance diploma/degree in fashion technology.
Fluent in English and Arabic speaking.
Expertise in fashion, outfits, trends, and styles.
Strong interpersonal, customer service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

Maximize selling the “Fashion Look” based on customer preferences/ personality from among the four brands.
Recommend brands and styles of clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories based on customer needs.
Give personal shopping and styling experience to frequent and loyal customers from existing store database.
Focus on new collections, launches, best sellers and customer preferences.
Increase the Frequent customer shopping database by adding new customers to the Fashion Advisor Loyalty List.
Give After Sales Service on returns.
Ensure personal grooming standards, reflect that of a Stylist / Model.
Promote selling of product of the day, product of the month and Shukran loyalty Gift Cards.
