Landmark Group requires highly creative Fashion Visual Merchandisers to design attractive clothing displays, manage seasonal store layouts, and drive retail sales across major shopping malls.

Daily Retail Tasks:

• Follow strict brand visual guidelines sent from the main head office to set up the new summer fashion collections perfectly.
• Remove old clearance items quickly from the front tables and move them to the discount racks at the back of the store.
• Adjust overhead track lighting to focus bright spotlights directly onto the newest luxury leather handbags and shoes.
• Sort mixed clothing items left behind in the fitting rooms and return them exactly to their correct brand sections.

Rules for Selection:

• Creative Eye: Matching contrasting fabric colors and different clothing patterns perfectly to create a highly fashionable outfit.
• Physical Stamina: Standing on hard mall floors for an entire nine-hour shift and lifting heavy boxes of new garments daily.
• Brand Awareness: Understanding modern streetwear trends and formal fashion styles to answer direct customer questions confidently.
