Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Seeking a Dynamic Social and Business PA

Position Title: Social and Business Personal Assistant

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Company Overview

The CEO heads a Property development Company that operates from outside of UAE, with a focus on delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Role Overview

The Social and Business PA will primarily enhance the CEO’s social and lifestyle engagements by managing and curating a diverse calendar of events, activities, and cultural experiences, whilst also supporting key business functions.

Responsibilities
  • Social & Lifestyle Management — Curate and maintain a lively social calendar, suggesting venues, restaurants, and cultural destinations. Identify, research, and recommend art exhibitions, cultural festivals, social gatherings, networking events, and seminars in Dubai, the UAE, and Europe. Facilitate connections with social circles, cultural institutions, and local communities, strengthening both personal and professional networks. Oversee travel and holiday planning, including itinerary research, booking activities, and ensuring seamless arrangements. Occasionally, accompany the CEO on international trips.
  • Business & Administrative Support — Organise and prioritise the CEO’s calendar of business meetings alongside social engagements. Provide administrative support for ongoing business operations and project development. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all scheduling, planning, and correspondence with various consultants and business associates. Conduct research and assist with the recruitment process. Prepare monthly expense statements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills; Polish, Russian or other European languages are an advantage.
  • Able to communicate with people very well, building positive connections in both social and professional settings.
  • Having a UAE driver’s license will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets is required.
