FAAC Technologies is seeking a Perimeter Protection Sales Specialist to manage the MENA region sales for perimeter protection solutions from our Dubai base. The role focuses on maintaining current accounts, acquiring new clients, and executing market development strategies with a consultative sales approach.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in sales, strong relationship skills, and expertise with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in perimeter protection or related industries.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Proven ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Capability to forecast and systematically plan business activities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems for reporting and pipeline management (Salesforce, SAP, or Pipedrive).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet agreed business objectives, including revenue growth and cost control.
• Optimize personal productivity and time management to maximize business outcomes.
• Develop and manage a sales portfolio aligned with the market development strategy.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business growth.
• Identify, define, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Offer tailored, ethical sales solutions to meet customer needs while achieving company goals.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities according to approved budgets and timelines.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and opportunities, providing regular reports to management.
• Manage the product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed targets.
• Keep customer and opportunity pipelines updated using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Pipedrive).
• Provide detailed reports and insights to forecast business performance and support strategic planning.
• Coordinate with other team members to achieve company common goals.
• Coordinate and execute any other assigned tasks.
