Job summary

FAAC Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Middle East & Africa to drive growth from our Dubai base. You will identify strategic opportunities and coordinate regional BD activities in line with the company’s commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in BD/sales within technology or security sectors, strong English, and willingness to travel across the MEA region. Leadership responsibilities and regional growth shaping are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management or related commercial roles.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other MEA languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic business opportunities across MEA.
• Manage and coordinate regional Business Development Executives.
• Build relationships with end users, consultants, system integrators and partners.
• Lead early stages of sales pipeline and coordinate with Sales for handover.
