Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai, UAE seeks an experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, inventory control and manufacturing coordination in perfume production. The role requires strong MRP/ERP expertise and a focus on capacity optimization, cost and process improvements.

The successful candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, Sales and R&D to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in production planning and control.
• Experience in perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments preferred.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Proven experience managing production schedules, MRP, inventory and manufacturing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on forecasts and inventory needs.
• Translate forecasts into practical production schedules and priorities.
• Monitor schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Balance capacity, material availability, manpower and machine utilisation.
• Identify constraints and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality and Production teams.
• Align production plans with customer requirements and inventory targets.
• Manage MRP and inventory levels to prevent disruptions.
• Monitor inventories and optimise stock levels with procurement.
