Job summary

AI71 is seeking a high-calibre Manager, Performance & Rewards to design, implement and continuously improve its performance management and total rewards frameworks. You will work with data, systems and stakeholders in a dynamic, high-performance environment to ensure fair evaluation, competitive rewards and meaningful recognition aligned with strategic objectives.

• Bachelors degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Performance & Rewards roles.
• Experience in consultancy or fast-paced tech/startups.
• Experience designing and implementing rewards frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end annual performance cycle.
• Guide employees and managers on PM processes and timelines.
• Monitor completion rates and ensure consistency.
• Support calibration discussions and documentation.
• Maintain performance data and HR leadership reports.
• Assist with market benchmarking and reward databases.
• Contribute to development of reward initiatives aligned with goals.
