About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/x) Middle East, based in Dubai.

In this role, you will take ownership of hands-on performance marketing and lead generation, with a clear focus on generating qualified leads and supporting sales growth. You will plan, launch and optimize digital campaigns, manage performance through data and work closely with the local Sales team and HQ Marketing.

What you'll do:

• Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition using HubSpot and targeted digital marketing initiatives.
• Performance Marketing: Plan, set up, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on conversions, lead quality and ROI.
• Campaigns & Local Marketing: Work with Sales and HQ Marketing to localize global campaigns and develop effective multi-channel activities for the Middle East market.
• Data & Optimization: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign and customer data and turn insights into concrete optimization measures.
• Marketing Automation: Use HubSpot for lead management, automation and nurturing and work closely with Sales to turn leads into business opportunities.
• Events & B2B Marketing: Organize local events, webinars and conferences and support joint marketing activities with B2B customers.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation
• Hands-on experience setting up, managing and optimizing digital campaigns across paid channels
• Strong experience with HubSpot or related tool and performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
• A data-driven mindset and a strong understanding of conversion, campaign performance and ROI
• Experience working closely with Sales and translating business objectives into effective marketing activities
• An entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on approach, combined with strong organizational skills
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
