Job summary

Majid Developments in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead to own paid campaigns, from planning to performance measurement. You’ll partner with creatives to drive lead generation, optimize funnels, and improve ROAS on Meta and Google platforms.

The role requires hands-on campaign management, data-driven decision making, and strong coordination with sales to convert leads into opportunities.

Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads with real budgets.

Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for off-plan launches and brand awareness.
Turn existing videos and creatives into high-performing ad campaigns with proper audience targeting and retargeting.
Build and optimize lead funnels — landing pages, lead forms, and WhatsApp lead flows.
Set up and maintain tracking: Meta Pixel / Conversions API, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting.
Manage the ad budget efficiently and continuously optimize for lower cost per qualified lead.
Brief the creative team on content needs each week based on performance and calendars.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are handed off cleanly and followed up fast.
Report weekly on spend, leads, cost per lead, and conversions—and recommend next steps.
