Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, or real estate marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Experience with digital advertising and lead-generation campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified real estate leads.
• Support paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, social media, property portals, and other relevant digital channels.
• Monitor lead quality, campaign performance, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
• Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and overall marketing ROI.
• Manage content across social media platforms and coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies.
• Prepare property advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate photography, videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Ensure leads are distributed to sales and maintain trackers.
