Job summary
La Maison Real Estate in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Property Consultant/Leasing Agent to handle leasing and sales activities across off-plan, secondary market, and rental portfolios. You will source properties, conduct viewings, advise clients, and coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal teams.
Daily duties include updating listings, negotiating terms, supporting contract signing and move-in, and staying informed about market trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed
Qualifications
- Strong Real Estate knowledge including market trends and property types.
- Proven Sales skills: lead generation, negotiation, closing deals against targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and professional client interaction.
- Strong Customer Service abilities with responsiveness and relationship building.
- Solid Consulting skills: needs analysis and tailored property solutions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business/Real Estate are beneficial.
- Experience in real estate, leasing, or sales in Abu Dhabi/UAE is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Source properties, conduct viewings, and advise clients on options across off-plan, secondary, and rental portfolios.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate property information.
- Prepare and process leasing and sales documentation; coordinate with landlords, developers and internal teams.
- Maintain updated listings and negotiate terms; support contract signing and move-in processes.
- Stay informed on market trends, developer offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance.
