Job summary

Work standard is seeking an experienced Data Analyst in Abu Dhabi to collect and interpret data, collaborate with internal teams, and develop data-driven strategies to improve organizational performance. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, attention to detail, and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years of data analysis experience, and proficiency with SPSS/SAS/R, with SQL knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of data analysis/analytics experience.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R).
• Excellent ability to analyze large datasets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret data from multiple sources (surveys, interviews, focus groups).
• Analyze large datasets using statistical methods.
• Develop strategies to improve decision-making from data insights.
• Assist with research projects as required.
• Create visual representations of data (graphs/charts/tables).
• Develop models to predict trends or behaviors.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to meet project objectives.
