Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a People and Organization Manager to support frontline retail operations in Dubai. The role focuses on workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance, ensuring a high-performance work environment across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and fluent Arabic are essential, along with effective communication skills.

• 5 to 7 years of people and organization experience, with at least 2 to 3 years within the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning and attendance management.
• Proven experience supporting large frontline teams across multiple sites.

• Monitor frontline performance and support leadership with regular reviews.
• Manage employee relations matters including grievances and investigations.
