Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a People & Organisation Business Partner to act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders in the UAE, driving employee relations, performance management, and Emiratisation initiatives.

This role supports organizational effectiveness, manages employee life cycle activities, and partners with stakeholders to build high-performing teams aligned with business objectives and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant HR experience.
• Experience in HR business partnering and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of talent management and succession planning.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive engagement and change.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Align people strategies and priorities with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, coach managers, resolve workplace issues, ensure policy compliance.
• Lead the performance management cycle including goal setting and reviews.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, DEI, and internal communications.
• Support talent management, succession planning and development planning.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and Emiratisation initiatives.
• Analyze people metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through change management and leadership support.
