Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a People and Development Manager to shape how our colleagues learn, grow and experience the brand from within. You will partner with People & Culture and hotel leaders to design learning that is relevant, engaging and aligned with how we work, from onboarding to leadership development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Development, Learning & Development or Talent Development in luxury hospitality.
• Confident and engaging facilitation style with ability to connect with all levels.
• Experience creating onboarding, learning and development programmes.
• Good understanding of hotel operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and willingness to try new approaches.
• Strong organisation and ability to turn ideas into action.
• Collaborative, people-first mindset with passion for growth.
• Ability to make learning human, relevant and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Own the hotel's learning and development plan aligning people priorities with business needs.
• Create and facilitate engaging learning experiences across service, behavioral and leadership development.
• Identify development needs with leaders and translate into practical solutions.
• Maintain mandatory learning, training records, and development activity.
• Partner with leaders to identify talent and provide growth opportunities.
• Support leadership development, coaching, performance and succession planning.
• Stay present in the hotel to understand teams and guest experience.
• Collaborate with operational teams to strengthen service and skills.
