Job summary

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to develop and engage colleagues across all levels. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources within the hospitality industry.
• 5 years of related experience in HR Management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR practices, payroll, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's people strategy and HR initiatives while ensuring alignment with IHG standards and local employment legislation.
• Manage payroll processes and oversee compensation and benefits practices.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare, analyse, and communicate monthly HR reports and insights.
• Oversee HR department budget, resources, and operating expenses.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop the HR team and drive employee lifecycle activities.
• Drive colleague engagement and wellbeing programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership capability and guest service culture.
