Job summary

Rashid and Latifa Schools Establishment is seeking an experienced HR professional to join as People & Culture Executive. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across the school network, ensuring UAE DGHR compliance and confidential handling of staff data.

You will partner with SLT and middle leaders, support performance enablement, and implement HR policies, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent in a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher education in a relevant field.
• Graduate level qualification in HR or related area.
• HR qualification (CIPD or similar) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Is the primary point of contact for all staff on People related matters including contracts, terms and payroll.
• Supports P&C team in effective attraction and recruitment of staff.
• Support onboarding for incoming staff and pre-employment communications.
• Business partner middle leaders and SLT.
• Manages employee exit processes with Operations teams.
• Coordinates probationary processes for new hires with line managers.
• Coordinates performance reviews and creates data dashboards.
• Advises on Professional Learning and tracks PD for staff.
• Implements P&C policies and manager toolkits.
• Provides guidance to SLT, escalates where needed, and handles investigations.
