Job summary

Queen Elizabeths School in Dubai Sports City is seeking a People and Culture Manager to provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and policy implementation to employee relations and professional development, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and the school’s global standards.

You will lead recruitment and onboarding, manage HR records, support payroll inputs, and partner with leaders to drive performance, learning, wellbeing, and local hiring

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR management experience, preferably in an international or school setting.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Support performance management, learning and staff wellbeing initiatives.
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits, and end-of-service settlements.
• Ensure localisation and compliance with national employment policies.
