Job summary

Queen Elizabeth's Global Schools in Dubai is seeking a People and Culture Manager to provide expert HR guidance and operational support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance development. You will ensure compliance with local labour laws and data protection, manage recruitment, onboarding, policies, and payroll inputs, and foster a supportive, inclusive staff environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in an international school setting.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR policy development.
• Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Oversee onboarding and induction programs with contracts and letters.
• Provide HR guidance on policies and employment laws to staff and leadership.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and performance issues.
• Develop and update HR policies in line with regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and payroll data; support payroll processes.
• Ensure local hiring compliance and collaboration with stakeholders.
