Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on PEGA development and architecture expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of PEGA solutions.
• Design scalable reusable and high-performance PEGA applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Architects and technical teams to define solution architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to PEGA developers and architects.
• Define PEGA best practices, coding standards and governance processes.
• Develop and review application components including flows, activities, integrations, UI, decisioning and case management.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems, APIs, databases and third-party applications.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Support deployment planning, release management and production issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability and enterprise architecture standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and technical estimations.
