Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a Pega Decision Architect with expertise in Pega CDH to design and implement decisioning logic and data flows. The role requires hands-on CDH experience, certifications, and strong communication to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

The candidate will lead end-to-end CDH delivery in Agile settings and own REST API, Kafka, and FTP-based integrations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Must have Pega CDH experience and strong knowledge of Pega CDH components.
• Certification in Pega (CSSA) and Experience as Pega Decisioning Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions.
• Knowledge of REST API integrations, Kafka and FTP.
• Strong SQL, JSON and real-time decisioning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH solutions in Agile environments.
• Implement REST API, Kafka and FTP-based integrations.
• Translate business requirements into decisioning rules and data flows.

Responsibilities:

7years of experience in Pega and 34 years of experience in Pega CDH

Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant

Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions and NBAD framework.

Handson experience with Pega CDH components like ADM DSM Value Finder Customer Profiler etc.

Proficiency in SQL JSON realtime decisioning and objectoriented programming principles.

Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH including rules propositions treatments and decision data flows.

Manage the endtoend delivery of Pega CDH solutions in Agile environments.

Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications Digital applications and Business Functions

Designing and implementing REST API Kafka and FTP based integrations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Designing in alignment with Clients Business objective

Good to have skills:

• Pega Lead system architect.
• Knowledge in externalization of Cassandra KAFKA Elastic search
