Job summary

Unilever UAE is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Manager for the Personal Care category in Arabia. You will lead the demand and supply planning agenda for PC in Arabia, partner with PC Category Teams, Customer Development, Marketing, SUs, MSOs, Procurement, Logistics, and other supply chain teams to deliver an integrated volume and sales plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, operations, or related roles.
• Local Arabia experience essential.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive harmonized demand planning processes and tools to deliver targets (service, inventory, waste, forecast accuracy).
• Build cross-functional partnerships to enable S&OP and business decision-making.
• Lead supply chain disruption interventions and safety stock management.
• Oversee PC category planning framework for Arabia and KPI ownership.
• Govern monthly/quarterly RCCP cycles with extended SC teams.
