Job summary

BosKalis Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator to oversee end-to-end payroll administration for UAE entities and project operations. You will act as a bridge between HR, Workday, Ramco Payroll Services, and Finance to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing.

You will support the Payroll Administrator in coordinating monthly cycles, validating master data, and maintaining payroll records, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with UAE labour laws.

Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in accounting.
• 3-5 years relevant work experience, preferably multinational or project-based.
• Experience processing payroll for large populations across multiple entities/jurisdictions.
• Experience managing outsourced payroll providers.
• Preferable experience with Ramco or similar payroll software.
• Working knowledge of UAE labour laws.
• ERP accounting software experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the monthly payroll cycle to ensure timely processing.
• Review payroll master data from Workday: hires, changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, deductions.
• Review calculations from external payroll provider for compliance with calendars and deadlines.
• Generate and distribute payslips and payroll communications via Workday/ERP.
