Job description

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain complete employee records including salary details, attendance, overtime, leave records, and other payroll-related documentation
• Coordinate with management regarding payroll adjustments, deductions, reimbursements, and employee-related payroll matters
• Ensure compliance with UAE payroll and labor regulations
• Assist in maintaining daily accounting records including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis to support management decision-making
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, HR, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or HR administration
• Experience in UAE payroll processing is preferred
• Strong payroll management, financial reporting, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of accounting software / ERP systems and MS Excel
