Role Summary

A growing cybersecurity organization is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations for U.S. and international employees. The company specializes in advanced cybersecurity solutions that help organizations identify and address security vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining confidential employee records, supporting payroll-related processes, and collaborating with People and Finance teams. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong payroll knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Duties
  • Process regular payroll for U.S. and international employees.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to paychecks, taxes, deductions, direct deposits, garnishments, and payroll matters.
  • Provide accurate and timely support to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Review and audit payroll data to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Support payroll activities related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Assist with payroll adjustments, corrections, off-cycle payments, and special payroll requests.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with People and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 distribution.
  • Maintain payroll documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile

Education & Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred); 1–3 years of experience in payroll, customer service, HR operations, accounting operations, or related fields.

Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of payroll processes, taxes, deductions, garnishments, direct deposits, and payroll adjustments; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn payroll and HRIS systems.

Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in handling financial data; excellent written and verbal communication skills with a problem-solving approach; ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
