Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple entities in a fast-paced environment. You will handle bi-weekly payroll cycles, resolve tax inquiries, and ensure accurate expense reimbursements while driving automation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting and 3+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state compliance, with strong discretion and integrity in handling sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and compliance.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Solid working knowledge of UKG.
