Job summary

Minutes is seeking a senior HR professional to manage end-to-end payroll for a diverse workforce in Dubai, while overseeing recruitment from posting to onboarding. You will ensure data privacy compliance and accurate compensation processing.

The role requires 3–5 years in payroll and talent acquisition, with CPP/PHR/SPHR certifications preferred; multi-state or international payroll knowledge is a plus, in a corporate setting.

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process ensuring accurate and timely salary payments and statutory contributions for all employees
• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding
• Maintain precise employee records, including personal details, employment history, compensation, and benefits, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging various channels and employer branding initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR/SPHR (Professional in Human Resources/Senior Professional in Human Resources).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in both payroll administration and talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing payroll for a diverse workforce, including understanding of multi-state or international payroll regulations.
