Job summary

Qureos Inc. seeks an experienced High-Risk Payment Gateway Coordinator to oversee daily operations with banks and payment partners in a Dubai-based, full-time role.

You will manage settlements, monitor risk, and ensure adherence to AML/KYC standards, PCI-DSS, and regulatory requirements across international PSPs. Key focus areas include API-based payment flows, cross-border payments, and onboarding of PSPs.

Are you experienced in payment operations within gaming or other high-risk industries Were looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital payments (UPI cards wallets) who can coordinate with banks and PSPs ensure smooth processing and support compliance.

What Youll Do:

• Manage daily coordination with banks and payment partners
• Track transactions settlements chargebacks and fraud trends
• Support compliance with RBI PCI-DSS and AML/KYC standards
• Work cross-functionally with tech finance and legal teams
• Help onboard and manage payment service providers (PSPs)
• Maintain records workflows and reconciliation data.
• Coordinate with PSPs and banks on API-based payment flows and ensure KYC/AML protocols are followed.

What Were Looking For:

• 12 years of experience in payment ops or fintech (preferably in high-risk domains)
• Strong grasp of UPI payment gateways wallets and reconciliation
• Knowledge of chargeback handling and fraud detection basics
