Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to oversee, manage and monitor the overall patient and client experience, coordinating client relations services for the unit. The ideal candidate has a relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma and 2–3 years of healthcare customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a healthcare customer service setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient administration processes.
• English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient queries related to health packages and promote services.
• Monitor the patient journey experience for VIP and international visiting patients.
• Manage administrative matters related to complaints.
• Conduct daily in-patient rounds to monitor patient satisfaction.
