Job summary

Quttainah Specialized Hospital in Dubai is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information on services, schedule appointments, and update patient records with accuracy.

You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a courteous, efficient patient experience, resolve routine inquiries, and escalate complex issues when needed, while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer support skills with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse patients and colleagues.
• Solid computer literacy, including proficiency with call center systems, scheduling software, and basic office applications.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare setting is a requirement.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to manage high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in customer service or healthcare administration is beneficial.
