Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead the pastry station within its luxury kitchen. The role requires strict HACCP adherence, inventory management for the outlet, and ensuring dessert quality and plated items meet high standards for guests.

Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef on recipes, costing, and daily market lists; contribute to promotions and events, with 2–3 years in a 4-5 star hotel and a hospitality diploma.

Qualifications

• HACCP compliance and certification required.
• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality; 2–3 years in 4-5 star hotel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inventory list for the pastry station.
• Ensure standard recipes and plating guides are followed at all times.
• Provide daily pastry market list to Executive Sous Chef and check goods received.
• Assist in recipes and costing as needed for the outlet.
• Support special promotions and events for the pastry section.
