Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER in the UAE is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie support for our pastry and kitchen teams. You will assist the Demi Chef de Partie and Head Chef in daily back-of-house operations, ensuring consistent product quality and timely service.

This role emphasizes hygiene, accurate food preparation, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment across multiple F&B brands under our umbrella.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven work experience in a similar F&B property.
• Energetic self-starter with ability to work in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to travel and adapt to a multi- cultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in back-of-house pastry and food preparation.
• Support daily shift activities and maintain food quality.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and licensing standards are followed.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and proper dating of food.
• Communicate clearly with the Demi and Head Chef.
• Help other sections when required during short-staff periods.
