Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to support the Chef De Partie and Head Chef in the pastry and food preparation area. Daily shift activities focus on delivering consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work in a UAE-based kitchen, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and collaborate with a diverse team to produce and present dishes according to standard recipes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven work experience in a similar field with a known F&B property.
• Energetic self-starter with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to travel and adapt to a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie in supporting culinary operations.
• Follow standard recipes, maintain food hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
• Keep workstation clean, handle equipment safely, and assist during short-staff periods.
