Job summary

Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island is seeking a pastry professional to join the kitchen team. You will be responsible for pastry production across designated areas and ensuring high quality, efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Works on all pastry production in the kitchen area as designated by the direct manager.
• Maximises guest satisfaction by producing high-quality pastries.
• Ensures adherence to Radisson standards of pastry quality, recipes, and presentation.
• Ensures adequate supplies for all pastry stations and communicates shortages.
• Maintains proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
