Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of pastry recipes including cakes, pies, mousses, pastries and biscuits using high quality ingredients.
• Ensure all kitchen safety standards are met while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Work with customers to create customized pastries that meet their needs.
• Supervise junior chefs in the preparation of all pastry items.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a fast paced environment.
