ConFlip in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join a high-end restaurant team. You will craft desserts from classical favorites to innovative creations, using top-quality ingredients and refined presentation.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts/Pastry Arts, at least 3 years in a professional kitchen, superb knife skills, and the ability to work under pressure while collaborating with chefs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts/Pastry Arts or related field.
• At least 3 years of pastry chef experience in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of international cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent knife skills and culinary creativity.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
