Job summary

India Abroad is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef for the Jabal-Ali area (Dubai). You will be responsible for preparing and presenting pastries, desserts, cakes and other baked goods while upholding top standards of hygiene.

Requirements include a 3+ year pastry chef background and a diploma or degree in bakery or culinary arts. You must thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a pastry chef.
• A diploma or degree in bakery or culinary arts.
• Excellent knowledge of recipes, techniques and flavour profiles.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers.
• Keen attention to detail to produce top quality products consistently.
