Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and methods.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Creativity in designing new pastries and desserts.
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred but not required).
• Pakistani nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to recipes.
• Decorate pastries using glazing, icing, and piping.
• Ensure that all products are consistently high quality and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and order supplies as needed.
• Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times.
• Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items.
