Job summary

The First Group Hospitality, a Dubai-headquartered hospitality management company, is seeking a Chef de Partie to support senior chefs, train junior staff, and ensure high standards of quality and safety across all kitchen operations.

You will oversee your station, assist with menu tastings for events, and enforce procedures that keep the kitchen clean, efficient, and compliant with Dubai Municipality health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary proficiency across kitchen stations and techniques.
• Ability to lead, mentor and train junior kitchen staff.
• Excellent communication with senior chefs and management.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the junior team on your section and ensure standards are upheld.
• Assist Senior Chefs in menu tastings and event-specific offerings.
• Train new and existing junior kitchen staff daily in a clear manner.
• Ensure all dishes leave the kitchen with high quality, correct portions and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, organisation, and proper storage and labelling.
