Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Dubai seeks a qualified Chef de Partie - Pastry to support the pastry section, producing pastries and bakery items in line with hotel brand standards and guest expectations.

The ideal candidate holds an apprenticeship or diploma in Food Production with pastry specialization, with 2+ years as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in luxury environments, and strong hygiene practices.

Formación

• Apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production with pastry specialization.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/ Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with luxury brands.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office; Recipe Maintenance System preferred.
