Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a talented Chef de Partie - Pastry to lead the pastry section, crafting pastries, desserts, breads, and confections to the highest luxury standards.

You will supervise junior staff, ensure HACCP compliance, maintain mise en place, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 2–3 years of hotel pastry experience, attention to detail, and creativity in seasonal menus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts.
• Minimum 2–3 years of pastry experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, decoration, and presentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day pastry operations and ensure high-quality production.
• Prepare and present desserts, breads, and confections per recipes.
• Train Commis Chefs and kitchen attendants.
• Monitor quality, food safety, and hygiene to HACCP standards.
