Job summary

Autograph Collection in Dubai is seeking a Non-Management Kitchen Supervisor to oversee cooks and kitchen staff on a full-time basis. You will ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and maintain food safety standards while coordinating with Food & Beverage service teams.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with a technical or vocational education preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: 4 to 6 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers.
• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served.
• Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with tasks and provide needed items.
• Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food.
• Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products.
• Address guests' service needs.
