Job summary

ConFlip in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to create and execute desserts for the restaurant. You will prepare pastries, cakes, breads and other sweet treats, while managing inventory and maintaining a clean kitchen.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Pastry Chef experience in a high-volume setting, strong pastry techniques, and the ability to handle wedding cakes and custom orders. English fluency is required; accommodations are available for foreign employees.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or bakery.
• Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.
• Experience with wedding cakes and custom orders is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and other desserts.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
