Job summary

ConFlip in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to create and execute desserts for the restaurant. You will prepare pastries, cakes, breads and other sweet treats, while managing inventory and maintaining a clean kitchen.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Pastry Chef experience in a high-volume setting, strong pastry techniques, and the ability to handle wedding cakes and custom orders. English fluency is required; accommodations are available for foreign employees.

Pastry Chef - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing desserts and pastries for our restaurant. Your duties will include preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and other sweet treats, as well as managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or bakery. You should also have strong knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients, as well as the ability to create unique and delicious desserts that will impress our customers. Experience with wedding cakes and custom orders is highly preferred.

As our ideal candidate, you should also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of all pastries produced.
