As a Parts and Service Consultant you will specialize in product support, making strategic decisions and recommendations to enhance the Percent of Parts Sales (POPS) for Caterpillar‑branded parts. Your role will involve leading research and providing expertise in developing and implementing strategies for repair‑options profitability and growth covering EAME and APD regions. You will collaborate across various functional business units to achieve parts objectives, working with global partners, district dealers and customers to drive parts marketing activities and Repair Options Parts Growth. Your role will execute key processes and initiatives to support parts growth and profitability.
